Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Dizziness Along With Negative UPT?

My period is 9 days late and I have been feeling dizzy (like I m drunk type dizzy). I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but I am having all the symptoms of being pregnant. I had sex June 6 and my period was supposed to be here on the 11th.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Negative urine pregnancy test rules out pregnancy. Dizziness and weakness can be due to many causes including vertigo, headache.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and treated accordingly.
Moreover, you should consult a neurologist also for dizziness.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
